Faith

“Earlier this year, I was rejected by all the universities I applied to; it was devastating. For someone who people knew as smart, it was very embarrassing. I was depressed and feeling stuck, not knowing what I am going to do with my life. I didn’t have an idea of what I would like to become in the future. My cousin Thando forwarded me a link and   he just said, “Apply here and see what happens, you never know”. I    just applied because he said so and didn’t even think I was going to    be accepted as I was so traumatized by the rejections.  Then I got a message that I have an interview! That felt SOOO good! It was my first ever interview in my life. The interview went well, and I knew I was going to love the Communiversity.

The Communiversity is really great at what it is doing, I always say to my mom and friends that   the programmer was told by God himself on what to do because the strategy is dope. I promise you that. Including the lecturers, subjects and what is taught. I have learned a lot that I thought I knew   but I didn’t. Let me tell you about the subjects, I never learned Math Lit in high school and I didn’t like it but at Communiversity, I think I loved it more than Pure Maths, Through Finance and Economics, I learned that importing affects us as a country as it decreases GDP. Then Computer-Assisted Training (CAT) helps with getting familiar with computers and in English, I got to understand a lot about speaking and listening and context clues. I really loved the lecturers as they are all patient with us and understanding us. I got an opportunity to go to an aquarium that I have always wanted to go to since I was young. The JASA program and Worth Wealthy Me changed my perspective on how to have a business and how to have a healthy relationship with money. We even learned TM because they are also aware of our mental and physical health.

See when I say the strategy is dope? I really would love this to continue for others. It doesn’t only help you with studies and your future but it also helps you mentally. Wish it can accommodate a lot of students. God Bless you, Communiversity of SA!
