“After university rejections and a period of feeling lost, a friend recommended Communiversity. Entering with some trepidation, I was interviewed by two kind women, Priscilla David and Fatiema Cornelius. Despite my initial anxiety and a less than stellar answer about my weakness, they saw my potential.
Communiversity truly felt like a family. The faculty cared about our well-being. Daily check-ins, and the friendly atmosphere on campus fostered a sense of belonging. Beyond the emotional support, Communiversity equipped me with valuable life skills. The JASA and Worth Wealthy short courses taught me financial management, while the other classes expanded my knowledge of the economy and the world around me. I particularly enjoyed Lee’s engaging math lessons, David’s entertaining English classes, Wade’s computer lessons, and the fun of Kahoot!
Communiversity opened my mind to all possibilities. The program provided the skills and guidance to become the best version of myself. Most importantly, it gave me hope for the future. These memories and lessons will always be cherished. The opportunity to study here made a significant difference in my life, for which I am eternally grateful. Thanks to Daniel Meyer’s inspiring lessons, I’m now pursuing a career in the built environment. Thank you again for everything.”
